Good reasons to write:

• Something in the growth log doesn't work the way you expect, or a number looks wrong.
• A guide is out of date because X changed a feature or a screen.
• You have an idea for a metric or view that would help you track your account.

If you are reporting a problem with the tool, it helps to mention your browser and device. Please don't send your exported CSV unless we ask; we don't need your data to fix most issues.

We read every message, though we can't promise to reply to all of them.

We can't help with your X account itself: login problems, suspensions, verification or anything else on X's side has to go through X's own help center. Twitter Tracker is independent and has no access to X accounts.
